Field maple forest bonsai, late summer, the effect of pinching

This group was pinched (the emerging buds had the extending shoot removed after the first inter-node on extension) continuously throughout the year while feeding heavily with organic fertiliser. 

The result has been greatly increased ramification, I can't wait to see it in Winter and do some selective pruning. Here it is earlier in the year.
